FEATURES:
The Fantomatic suction and non suction polishers have some unique features. The strong 1.5HP 4 pole motor, runs at a slow 1440rpm to reduce wear and tear, but develops great torque to 400rpm brush speed, great for stripping and fast enough to spray burnish. The unique safety start mechanism which incorporates an electronic 15amp relay, makes the machine "dead" even when machine in "on" and can only be used when safety button is activated, preventing accidental starting. The Fantomatic also features:
• Unique foot operated lever adjustment on handle.
• Flip up retractable large 8" wheels with wide base capacity, preventing accidental tilting of machine while transporting machine up or down stairways. Easy 90 degree adjustable handle.
• Poly "V" belt driven for greater "torque" for a more highly efficient and quieter running.
• Full floating "non-tearing" cloth skirt.
• Hospital quiet machine (68DB) also can be fitted with micro filter and disposable paper bag.
• Rugged lightweight cast alloy construction.
• Trigger safety guard.
• "Mains on" indicator lamp.
• 15 metre, 15amp heavy duty cable, fitted with cord restraint, minimising cable breakdown.
• Fitted with "quick release" brush drive for easier removal of brushes, no more "kicking" off brushes as is the case with "aluminium" brush drives. ••
• "Off set Motor" - balanced and matched against the drive torque'for minimum operator fatique.
• Strong rubber buffer completely girdles a machine to protect walls & furniture.
• Vacuum switch situated at top of handle (no bending over to operate switch).
• Complies to AS3308 (Electrical Wiring Rules). Complies to AS3157 (Floor Polishing Machinery).
